Along the Sternstein circular trail no. 28, the Nordwaldkammweg (NWK) and 200m north of the Berggasthof Waldschenke, you will find the "1000-m-Platzl" with a wonderful view at 1000 meters above sea level to the south. This square was planned and built by Willi Fröhlich in 2006 with the support of the Prince Starhemberg's Family Foundation and the Vorderweißenbach Beautification and Village Development Association.

Public arrival by bus to the bus stop Bad Leonfelden Hauptplatz.
Continue along the Nordwaldkammweg to the Waldschenke. Continue along path no. 28 to the 1000 m square
