Nature meets spirituality

In the summer of 2025, a group of about ten of us walked from Zwettl to Hohenfurth in three daily stages, then back to Gramastetten via Vorderweißenbach. It was a completely new experience of the incomparable Mühlviertel and South Bohemian landscape. Natural beauty alternates with sacred monuments, accompanied by impulses of Cistercian spirituality. Among other things, I would like to highlight the modern stained glass windows in the parish church of Zwettl and in the Marienkirche Neußerling as a special gem. These windows are a must-see and you will be enchanted by their play of colours!
